We believe in keeping things clear and reasonable. Below you’ll find a short, plain-language overview followed by the full legal terms for completeness.
In short
The Phnom Penh Passport is valid for seven days from the moment you receive your first venue stamp. Each participating venue offers one perk per passport, subject to availability and normal venue policies.
The Passport is for personal use only. It cannot be shared, transferred, resold, or replaced if lost or damaged. Perks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Venues and perks may change over time. Seating, availability, and service are never guaranteed, and venues may refuse service in cases of misuse or inappropriate behaviour.
A portion of every Passport sold supports charitable organisations in Cambodia. Details will be shared on our website as updates become available.
Legal terms
1. Validity period
The Phnom Penh Passport (“the Passport”) is valid for a period of seven (7) consecutive days, commencing on the date the first participating venue places its stamp in the Passport. No extensions or renewals will be granted once the first stamp has been issued.
2. Eligibility and use
The Passport is intended for personal, non-commercial use by the individual whose details appear in the Passport. The Passport is non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced.
3. Perks and redemption
Each participating venue offers a perk (“Perk”), which may vary by venue and season. Only one (1) Perk per Passport per venue may be redeemed. Complimentary drinks or welcome drinks, where explicitly stated, apply to a maximum of two (2) persons per Passport. Discounts apply to the total bill of the day of visit only. Perks hold no monetary value and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternatives. Redemption is subject to venue opening hours, availability, and capacity.
4. Participating venues
Participating venues may modify, substitute, or withdraw their Perks at any time without prior notice. The publisher does not guarantee the continued participation of any venue and is not liable for temporary or permanent closures.
5. Seating and availability
The Passport does not guarantee seating, priority access, or availability. All visits are subject to venue capacity, operating hours, and internal policies.
6. Lost or damaged Passports
Lost, stolen, defaced, or damaged Passports will not be replaced. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
7. Stamp authenticity
Only stamps issued by participating venues are considered valid. Any alteration, duplication, forgery, or manual reproduction of stamps will render the Passport void in its entirety.
8. Conduct and fair use
Venues reserve the right to refuse service to any Passport holder who engages in disorderly conduct, abusive behaviour, or misuse of the Passport.
9. Liability and assumption of risk
Passport holders acknowledge that all activities and visits to participating venues are undertaken at their own risk. The publisher is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, errors in venue information, or changes to venue offerings, operating hours, or availability.
10. Editions and updates
The Passport is published in quarterly editions. Participating venues and Perks may differ between editions, and new venues may be added quarterly at the publisher’s discretion.
11. Charity contribution
A portion of Passport sales is allocated to charitable organisations operating in Cambodia. The publisher makes no guarantee regarding the specific amount donated per Passport. Current and past donation information will become available on the website.
12. Accuracy of information
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, no warranty is given as to the completeness or reliability of venue details, Perks, schedules, or descriptions.
13. Amendments
The publisher reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page.
14. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
